Mrs. OT | The Retreat: Naked Truth edition.

The concept of this evening was devised as an antidote to the societal pressures put on woman following the inevitable changes to our bodies during maternity and postnatally. The truth is, we have been conditioned to strive to yearn for our previous bodies and thus often disassociating with the newer versions of ourselves. This event has been curated to see the true beauty that has been made yet another taboo. The evening consists of two elements; the first is a life drawing session, where guests are invited to replicate the intricacies of our beautiful guest model, a mother herself, and perhaps in seeing the beauty of another maternal body - with details that may be reflected, too, in ourselves - it may encourage us to view our own bodies in a similar, kinder light. 

We also have a renowned guest photographer (to be announced) presenting each attendee the opportunity to have their own image taken in a private shoot, to fully take in this wonderful new self, with a lasting reminder of just how perfect that is. It's a magical, raw evening, but with plentiful wine, conversation and connections to be made. Leave feeling empowered, and inspired with a new found acceptance for self, dear mama.
