A candlelit yoga studio plays host to this intimate wellbeing session, holding space and curated exclusively for mothers; epitomising reflection, emotional release and restoration. Guided discussions and hosted social elements form the ultimate Urban Retreat hosted for members of David Lloyd Raynes Park.

Each session will focus on a specific topic/forum which will be disclosed directly to members ahead of booking. All booking must be done directly through David Lloyd Raynes Park on the app or via reception. (some dates are provisional)
