TICKETING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

BY PURCHASING TICKETS TO ANY OF OUR EVENTS YOU ARE ACCEPTING AND AGREEING TO ALL OF THE FOLLOWING:

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of the events, all tickets are non-refundable, this includes all personal reasons for guest cancellation / non-attendance. This is made clear at all points of the ticket purchasing process, and again here in the Terms and Conditions, and so, by proceeding with your purchase you are agreeing to this condition fully and knowingly.
If you have any questions regarding the event that may affect your attendance (I.e. accessibility / location) it is your responsibility to contact us before purchase to clarify these and we cannot be held accountable for non-attendance if this is not adhered to, nor does it qualify for a refund.
Guests are allowed to gift the ticket to someone else if they are no longer able to attend. If they choose to request financial remuneration for the ticket we encourage guests to sell at face value, or less, and disapprove of profiteering.
However, if we (‘Mrs. OT’) are required to cancel an event due to unforeseen / unprecedented circumstances we will, in the first instance, endeavour to reschedule the event. If this is not possible, or the attendee is unable to attend the revised date, then a refund will be given for the full value minus any platform/service/third party fee’s.

General Ticket Policy & Agreements

Events are exclusively for Mums, at all stages of motherhood. As a general rule events are 18+ plus unless otherwise specified.
We advise guests to allow plenty of time to travel to the event incase of delays and cannot guarantee entry to latecomers.
Tickets are delivered to the email address provided. It is your responsibility to make sure your details are correct and that you store your ticket(s) safely ahead of the event.
Please expect to show ticket(s) on arrival in either digital/paper format to gain entry. We may request I.d. so please bring this.
Each host venue may have its own set of guidelines and rules we must adhere to. We expect guests to respect these as standard.
We have a zero tolerance policy against any harassment, bullying or discrimination. Behaviour of this nature will almost definitely result in blacklisting from future events and immediate removal.
On occasion we will have photographers at events to capture images for media and marketing. If you do not wish for your images to be used please contact us with this request directly at hello@mrsot.com

Pricing & Promotions

The prices we charge for using our services / for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur.
Discount/Codes coupons may be provided/advertised. We reserve the right to limit the number of uses and/or end these promotions at any time without notice or explanation.
Any competition is free to enter and open exclusively to UK&IRE residents only. Individual stipulations and t's & c's will be disclosed per competition alongside all related marketing material and by entering you will have read, accepted and acknowledged this.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 'Mrs. OT'/ OT Media / any known affiliates, assume no liability or responsibility for any (i) errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content; (ii) personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from your access to or use of our service; and (iii) any unauthorised access to or use of our secure servers and/or any and all personal information stored therein.

By opting in to our mailing list you agree to receive from time to time promotional messages and materials from us to the details provided. If you don't want to receive such promotional materials or notices – please just notify us at any time.

We reserve the right to modify these terms from time to time at our sole discretion. Therefore, you should review these page periodically. Your continued use of the Website or our service after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to any of these terms or any future version of the Terms, do not use or access (or continue to access) the website or the service.

PERSONAL DATA

Data Entry

When you fill in a form or buy a ticket on our website your personal data is stored indefinitely. As a company we do not share this data with anybody that does not require it in line with it's provision and keep it on our system for it's sole intended use. If we contact you using this information it will almost always be in line with what it was initially provided for (i.e event details, follow up contact request, or if you opted in to our mailing list).

The exception is if we need to contact you to notify you regarding your account, to troubleshoot problems with your account, to resolve a dispute, to collect fees or monies owed, to send updates about our company, or as otherwise necessary to enforce our User Agreement, applicable national laws, and any agreement we may have with you. For these rare purposes we may contact you via email, telephone, text messages, and postal mail.

If you have submitted personal data to this site you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Website Host

Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.

All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
